The individual path of the programme, on your own and at your own pace. You put human oversight into practice on five real decisions from your work, follow each one up, then pass a final assessment. The certificate is in your name and anyone can verify it.

Who it is for
Professionals who already use an AI assistant for real work and want a method without waiting for a workshop: independent professionals, managers, analysts, consultants, members of regulated professions. The workshops add the group work and, with Human Frontier Essentials, the awareness of one’s own frontier.

Learning objectives
By the end of the path, you can:
- Run the Riftveil Protocol in your own AI assistant on a real output, and explain the difference between decision-checking and fact-checking.
- Read a report on five levels and say which findings change the decision.
- Set the stakes of a decision with the three triage criteria and apply the escalation rule.
- For each unverified assumption, name the person who must verify it.
- Follow each decision up: what was verified, what stayed open, what was decided.
- Pass a final assessment on outputs you have not seen before, with a pass mark of 80 %.

The path is built around decisions you take anyway: it adds a report and a follow-up sheet to each, not a course to sit through.
Why five real decisions, spread over time
A method is not learned on a single example. Five decisions from your own work, spread over at least fifteen days, show whether the habit holds when real deadlines and real stakes return. The follow-up sheet is what makes it a practice: it records who verified what, and how the decision was finally taken.
How it is taught
On your own, in your Riftveil space and in your own AI assistant. Each step is explained on one screen, without technical vocabulary. Follow-up sheets are reviewed by an AI after you have been informed, with two attempts and then human review on request.

How learning is checked
- Each follow-up sheet is validated or returned for clarification; mechanical sheets are detected and not counted.
- The final assessment is taken once five sheets are validated, over the minimum period.
- The certificate shows “valid” while the licence runs and “expired” afterwards; it is revoked if the licence is refunded or disputed.
Confidentiality
- Your reports and follow-up sheets are visible to you alone.
- Follow-up sheets contain no confidential detail: choice fields and one sentence in your own words.
- The public verification page shows only the holder’s name, the certificate, its date and protocol version, and its status.
What this programme is not
Not a video course and not a quiz to click through: without five real decisions followed up, there is no certificate. Not a substitute for the workshops, which add group work and the Human Frontier model. The certificate records a completed programme. It does not certify a competence and does not make an organisation compliant with any regulation. It can form part of the record an organisation keeps of the measures it takes to develop AI literacy.
