The AttestScope Protocol specification is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International licence (CC BY-ND 4.0) for its 0.x versions, and its schema, examples and code under the Apache License 2.0. These licences do not cover the names Riftveil, Human Frontier and AttestScope.
