On your own, on your own decisions, with Riftveil Practitioner. As a team, in two workshops led by a Riftveil Certified Trainer: the first on the model, the second on the method. Both workshops joined by one real decision: Riftveil · AI Decision Advanced. Each programme ends with a certificate of completion in your name, verifiable online.
Every certificate carries a number and a public verification page: you share it on LinkedIn, and anyone can verify it.

Five decisions you would take anyway, this time examined and followed up in Riftveil.
Who it is for. Professionals who already use an AI assistant at work (paid versions of ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft 365 Copilot) and want a method without waiting for a workshop.
What you take away :

Why this programme. It is neither a video course nor a click-through quiz: without five real decisions followed up, no certificate. Spread over at least three days, they show whether the habit holds when real deadlines come back.

For teams and companies: a path in two workshops
For teams and companies
Riftveil · AI Judgment Essentials: the model, Riftveil · AI Oversight Essentials: the method. Two workshops, two certificates of completion. Two in-person half-days, each led by a Riftveil Certified Trainer, 12 participants at most. Workshop 1 shows each person where their own judgment stops with AI; workshop 2 gives the complete method, on five levels. Taking workshop 1, then workshop 2, is the natural path, but each workshop can be taken on its own, in either order, with no set interval between them, and each ends with its own certificate of completion. Your organisation receives the attendance list and an aggregated, anonymous summary, never an individual result.

A half-day to see, on your own work, where you stop judging and start signing.
Who it is for. Anyone who reads, approves or passes on work that AI contributed to, without needing to use AI themselves: managers, legal and compliance, finance, executive committees.
What you take away :
- Your diagnostic result, and a task-by-task record of how you use AI, with a private personal report
- Three of your recent decisions put to the test criterion
- A written commitment for the next decision
Why this programme. Nothing to prepare and no prior knowledge: this is the starting point. You work on your own decisions, and nobody has to share their result.

A half-day to review a real AI answer on five levels, and leave with a complete report on your own work.
Who it is for. Professionals who act on analyses, drafts and recommendations produced by AI: managers, analysts, legal and compliance, finance, procurement. No technical skills.
What you take away :
- A triage grid for your own decision types
- A complete report on your own AI answer, or on an exercise from the library
- A private personal report: your watch points and your commitments
Why this programme. You leave able to name, for each unverified assumption, the person who can check it. The AI answer you bring stays yours: nobody has to show it, and the trainer keeps nothing of it.

The full experience: both workshops, joined by one real decision

Both workshops, on one day or two half-days in either order. In the morning, you ask whether a human should have stopped; in the afternoon, you establish what needs checking, and by whom. Afterwards, you record on the training platform how the decision was finally taken.

One real decision, followed from the pause to the report: that is what makes it more than a longer day.
Who it is for. Teams and professionals who sign, approve or pass on work that AI contributed to, and who want both the awareness and the method.

Why this programme. The same decision is examined twice, then followed after the workshop: you see the method hold on a case that matters to you. If you already hold one of the two Essentials certificates, the other workshop completes the programme.

How the certificates work
Each programme ends with a certificate of completion: numbered, dated, in your name, and verifiable by anyone on its public page. The certificate attests a programme completed in full, to a name and a date.

Riftveil Certified Trainer
You run training sessions
A licence to run the Riftveil workshops, in your own sessions, under your own name.
Certification is a separate, selective path, for trainers, consultants and learning managers who know how to hold a room.
The certification path
- Self-study: the protocol, the facilitation guide and all the participant exercises, done on yourself.
- A written case: a complete decision file on an AI answer, assessed against a grid.
- A 15-minute filmed sequence: the opening and a debrief, in front of volunteers, assessed on transcript and then deleted.
- A one-page charter, then a provisional certification, confirmed after two real sessions.
